I was gypped yesterday. I parked at 11:36 am. Left around 3 pm. I ways charged $10.50. It was supposed to be $1.50 per hour. I didn’t park all day. I had a lunch date at DiPieros

That would be a question for the city of Springfield, not Downtown parking. I believe they are free after 5pm Mon. thru Fri. and on the weekends.

Is this a good place to park my car when I take an AmTrak train out of town? Can I get my car in and out outside of the listed business hours?
