38 minute hold and counting to get help with 100 dollar headphones that lasted less than 3 months before dying. Too much time and money for poor quality products and service. Please close down like other garbage brick and mortar already.

Best Buy has always been a little hit and miss with regard to their item availability and pricing. On this occasion, I left with one item I intended to purchase and it exceeded my expectations in many ways for the price. I did, however, have trouble finding reasonably budget friendly options for HDMI cables. Like in so many previous instances, my trip to Best Buy was accompanied by a subsequent purchase from Amazon.

Bought a washer & Dryer from here was very pleased with sales and delivery. They are known for electronics. But they have all the name brand appliances. Prices are very good..delivery said a time they would be here and they were set up was very fast and accurate. I would give them 5 stars..

The product can not be made available until adequate supplies are available. Shipments of anything is hampered by COVID 19 and variants hitting the workforce. Japan and China are still suffering greatly.

Keep it immersed in rice for two days. It will have the same effect. I don't believe that Best Buy sells anything like that.
Best buy does recycle TV's. There is a 25 dollar charge per Tv. And they accept box TV's up to 32 inches and Flat screens up to 55 inches.
