If it had negative stars that’s what I’d give! The review from Frank is spot on! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!! Drug deals all day, charges you for everything. Bug infested! Office is horrible especially Samantha! What a disgrace 10 minutes after this review I got an email that I terminated my lease for making a review on google! This complex is a joke. Freedom of speech. Sorry I’m not a Tennant you can pay to write good reviews. Refer to Franks post! I’m already moving and your just mad! So sad. Grow up.

My wife and I moved from New York to Myrtle Beaah in September 2020. Our initial impression is that the the property is well cared for. On the first day, we reported a problem with the kitchen sink. It took only an hour for maintence to arrive and make the repair. This was not a response for new tenants. Prompt attention from management seems to be the norm here. On-site amenities include a swimming pool, a billiards table, an exercise room with modern machines, shuffel board and access to a computer room. The cabinetry is birch. They are apartment grade which means good, but no bells and whistles (such as soft touch drawers or raised panel doors.) The floor covering includes wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms. There is a good amount of closet space and the bathrooms are of decent size. The tenants range in age. I have not seen many minors. The place is very quiet. While parking is not abundant, I've not had a problem. Finally, maintenance staff are friendly, and the front office seems genuinely engaged and positively motivated. They're nice people. As to additional rent, water is expensive with a $25/ mo basic free plus $5 /mo administration fee, plus usage plus sewer. A mandatory apartment insurance premium and pet "rent" should be anticipated. Then there are waste removal costs. Those extra charges are apparently not unusual in this area, but were a surprise when searching for a place to live. However, if those extra charges don't bring your monthly "nut" out of line, I've been very satisfied living here.
