Storehouse was the first dispensary I tried after gaining my certification. I liked the range of hours Storehouse offered and I signed up for the rewards system before setting foot in the door. Which I thought was very cool. The loyalty points program Storehouse offers has got to be one of the best around. I've got to say though, I am really glad that I took the time to study the website before entering the dispensary because I didn't get much of an introduction on my first visit. Actually, no introduction. Let me elaborate. The customer service was lacking on my virgin visit. I would have really appreciated some kind of explanation of how the dispensary worked, you know? It was assumed that I knew what I was doing and what I wanted. When I asked a question about the range of products, I was handed a tablet to scroll through. Not exactly my cup of tea because I, for one am not as technology-friendly as most. Not everyone that enters a dispensary knows what they are doing and I would have really appreciated it if the Storehouse employee that waited on me that first day would have had the decency to show me the ropes. Ultimately, I decided to return to Storehouse and make it my main dispensary because the loyalty program is like that of no other around. It really is that good and I love a good bargain. Even when I moved out of town, I continued to make special trips specifically for Storehouse. This morning was one of those special trips. I braved the bitter morning cold and a nasty beltway accident to make it to the dispensary for whom I'd remained loyal. I had no idea when I left this morning that this would be my last trip. Upon entering Storehouse this morning, I was greeted by the very same long haired young man that had given me the lack of customer service on my very first visit. It was clear that this young man was having a bad day and, unfortunately, I bore the brunt of it. I get it. It happens. People have bad days. But to take it out on the customers? I am guilty of not reporting this employee's bad behavior right from the beginning. I let it slide and now he's grown even more bold. I approached the young man with a question this morning. He responded in a voice dripping with sarcasm and plain out right disgust as he smuggly rocked back in his chair. He enjoyed toying with me, enjoyed playing with me as if being the gatekeeper's gone straight to his head. He even went so far as to deny my access to the manager and went on to give me his opinion on how the manager would respond to my question. I cannot remember the last time that I have felt so belittled and I refuse to stand for it. Storehouse, you have lost a loyal customer today due solely to one employees's shoddy customer service.

Thanks for asking, we have taken many steps to provide the safest and most sanitized experience in Baltimore from what we have seen. Upon entrance into the lobby area, we control the occupancy to maintain distancing and we have set up barriers in between every single chair as well as completely across the front desk. We also have full barriers between all staff at the points of sale, as well as between each patient standing at the point of sale. Finally, we sanitize all surfaces every hour to ensure that all high contact areas are always clean and sanitary, and we offer hand sanitizer throughout the facility.
The State only allows us to work with patients registered in MD. Until MD establishes reciprocity with PA, we are unfortunately unable to service out of state patients.
The wait isn't too long that you get impatient. The most part it is ready within 15-20 minutes. I usually put my order in as soon as it opens
You need to read up about the things you are buying,need to talk to your Doctor for some advice.It's nice thing are available but you can find that not everything works like it should read first then buy.
