I have had such an amazing experience thus far with the Assistant Property Manager, Ashley. She has answered all of my several phone calls in the last few days with such enthusiasm and she has helped me immensely in my process of moving in this weekend. She also has reached out to me a few times to make sure that I am not missing anything and also updating me as I am taking over a lease and and moving in pretty quickly from applying. I cannot thank her enough for all of the help that she has provided and also the respect and kindness that I have received from the moment I walked into the office last week. I look forward to living here and plan on staying for a very long time!

After discovering bed bugs in our apartment we let management know so they could treat the problem. We were then charged hundreds of dollars for the pest control even though we have had the same furniture there for years and had nothing new that we could have brought them in on. Since bed bugs are known for traveling between rooms in multi-unit buildings we are certain that’s how they could have gotten into our apartment yet we were still stuck with the bill. We are very disappointed with how this problem was handled and we will not be renewing our lease here.

The community of Latitude at the Commons has been very pleasurable, relaxing with a superb inner office and maintenance staff. These individuals are phenomenal and I couldn't be more pleased. I admire the maintenance staff's tenacity to pleasing it's residents. They make sure things get done and are properly handled in a very expeditious manner. I've met Earl and Vincent and these are a great asset. I haven't met the other maintenance staff but I'm sure they're worthy team members as the other gentlemen are. So thank you.
