We rented 2 cocktail tables, 11 6 ft tables, a tent, and a waterslide. After renting, we were called and informed we could not rent the tent after a couple of days. The cocktail table was not level and the tops wouldn’t secure. The customer service was absolutely horrendous. We asked to receive the items the day before, and of course pay for them the extra day and the owner cut us off, before we even could say we were going to pay for them and said “I’m not taking them earlier because then I lose money. Sorry” and he stormed off. Do not use it if you actually want to be able to use the things you rented and don’t want to feel like you have been ripped off because they 100% will not accommodate or do anything to correct the problem.

HORRIBLE experience! Rented tables and chairs close to closing time on Saturday and they told me to return by Monday! Returned the equipment close to closing time on Monday and got charged for another day! It also didn’t help that I explained being pregnant and home alone on Monday and could not return prior to that time. I also did not READ the contract and if I wasn’t overwhelmed during the renting process, I would’ve known to return prior to 12pm. The customer representative was very unforgiving!!! They also claimed we bent one of the tables but I have no way of proving that we didn’t because I did not check the equipment before I left their premises. JUST READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY AND KNOW THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES!!!
