This place changed it up a little since COVID they are far more organized and far more clean for a trash place. They have more employees which helped me a lot with direct since they changed up their layout. I'm happy they are open on the weekend again it helps a lot. Big thanks to the lady that helped me understand how to separate my items properly. I have common sense but when you have deck wood, wood from furniture, children toy cars, plastic slides metal with electric stuff inside of it and just more random stuff I was confused where the right place for things to go. Also glad to see the price hasn't changed even tho they upgraded 20$ for all POV.

Everybody's nice. This location accepts furniture, household junk and trash, wood and demolition debri, concrete and bricks, and more, and you can also bring electronics, appliances, metal, cardboard, etc for recycling. You can drop off your personal household trash and recyclables for free, however be aware that they charge for other stuff. Update: they have replaced the giant trash bins with compactors which not only slows stuff down but also gone are the days of going there to drop off my junk and looking in the dumpster and finding awesome stuff 😂-- over the years I have found money, antiques, boxes of PlayStation and Xbox games and ataris and old collectible vinyl records and boxes of baseball cards and comic books and everything else you can imagine--now it all gets crushed! That.Sucks! Otherwise, no problems. As mentioned above, all of the ladies and others at the weigh station are super nice 👍, great service.

Yes we do
Yes we do
No you do not
Not if you bring them to the recycle yard yourself.
Yes we are our next holiday is mlk
We have plastic containers at all sites and we only take plastic bottles and jars
Yes. They charge per hundred pounds or ton, whichever you've got. This is the main landfill in Fayetteville, they take pretty much everything: Demolition debris, trash, furniture, appliances, electronics, brick and concrete, tires, used propane tanks, etc. However yard waste and certain chemicals etc go the Wilkes road location. There ya go.
Yard waste goes to the Wilkes road location, open m-f until 4pm and on sat. until noon. Closed Sunday. (Anne st is not where yardwaste goes. Don't believe me? Pull in with a full load of tree limbs and see what happens-- it's supposed to go to the Wilkes Rd. location; if you get by with a load of yard waste @ the Anne Street location it's only because the clerks are being kind to you.)
In front of most food lions they have little recycling bins meand my wife drop a load every week. It's just a pain sorting it lol
