Place was packed on a Saturday night, waiter was not much present but I understood. I had the pastas and It tasted better than it looked.

An outstanding meal in the sunroom adjacent to the main restaurant. Lovely appetizers of grilled Brussels sprouts, bacon wrapped shrimp (which were almost finished before I could catch them on camera). Several lovely main courses: wood grilled salmon, beef tenderloin, shrimp pasta, and fresh basil pesto pasta. The sunroom did get a little chilly when the sun went down, which is the only criticism I have.

I dine here infrequently and each time I do it's in the hope of a pleasant experience. If one definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly while expecting a different, better outcome then it's insane for me to dine here. The waitstaff are rude, inattentive, and (worst of all) *unsanitary.* That and they've some inexperienced cook running the kitchen who feels it's their privilege to switch orders on customers to compensate for their own lack of culinary skills. Never again. HTH. YMMV. LLAP.

There are paid parking spots on Franklin street (on the same side of the street as 411 West Italian Cafe). Also, parking lot beside Vimala's Curry Blossom Cafe is free.
Social distancing is practiced with alternating booths to leave room between parties. All staff wore masks and cleaned tables between parties.
We think the one to the right of the pond is a Ficus Benjamina and the one to the left of the pond a Long Leaf Ficus
Public (Chapel Hill city) right next door. This lot is usually busy. During Friday and Saturday night, there is valet parking across the street. Its validated by local restaurants.
They stopped doing lunches on weekdays about a year ago. Not sure when they dropped lunch on Saturday though.
Yes. They even took reservations on a football game Saturday which not many would.
