Preordered with my medical card and I get there an hour after they open and they tell me it's gone. Then I wait 20 minutes for the manager to come out back and give me attitude snapping your fingers at me. The manager's customer service skills are 0 They told me it's just like anywhere else when you order and it runs out 1st come 1st serve you're served but this was with a medical card so it is medicine not recreational.

I gotta say. It’s a decent place but your overall experience depends on the day you go and who’s working. Some of the employees are nice and friendly while others seem absolutely miserable and have no idea what they are doing. Also for it being one of the only places that honor a medical card they do a terrible job of separating the recreational and medical lines. Overall it’s a 3/5 and if there was a closer medical spot to go to I would. But they need to change their attitudes and become more efficient in how they handle medial patients

Staff is super friendly and helpful with any question you may have. You can order online for pick up or order in the store at the tablet (recreational HAS to order this way) or at the desk (medical can order this way). Very good product as well. Unfortunately prices here are higher than in Michigan but it is what it is. Definitely a great place to stop and check out!

Place is awesome. Kind staff. They forgot to give me my Veterans discount. Which is 20% everyday of the week!! They took care of me by giving me a store credit. If you haven’t tried Afghani Grape Chem Live Resin, you should.
