Nice park but management is rude, unprofessional, and very hatefully towards people that are out side of the state. We were harassed about our duly wheel being parked on the grass. We have a 43ft camper and there was no room to park so one tire was always on the corner of the grass. The manager (Nancy) made it clear she hated “Texans with big trucks” … her exact words. You seriously cannot sit outside without them riding around bothering you about something. Other people we stayed there with had many issues with her and none of us will be returning. This is supposed to be family-friendly campground, we travel for a living, it’s is by far THE WORST place we’ve stayed at.

THE RESORT IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Nancy is the new general manager and is making great changes at the resort. She's friendly, calm and polite. She truly wants this to be the best resort in the Joliet area. I've been a member for years and enjoy all the resort has to offer. The place is clean and family friendly. If you are looking for a campground close to the city this is the place to be.

This “resort” is located adjacent to 2 interstates, so the constant sound of trucks is inescapable. Based on the skirts around them, many RVs are there permanently. I chose to stay there as I had business in Chicago, but it was a good hour to 90 minute drive each way. Unfortunately, there aren’t many choices closer to Chicago. Particularly after Oct when the county run campgrounds close for the winter. I can affirm the other reviewers in that you won’t get any warm and fuzzy feelings from the front desk. That said, once I checked in I didn’t have to deal with them again. My surge protector shut off power to my RV while I was there, and it has never done that before or since, so the power might be an issue. I would recommend you use a surge protector here.

This place is great! Everything is always so clean and well kept and the staff are always very friendly. There is so much to do right in the park and it’s a close distance to fun things to do in the city! I love it here and couldn’t say enough good things!

I have seen all size trailers in the from really big to teally small. You have to be a member to use their sire.
We are paying by the month and will probably be here till October
No u have to have a membership and there closed a few months out of the year
Last I did it was about 360.00 a year.also it a membership resort it's about 600.00 a year to enjoy all the fun syuff.

It is a rule of the resort. The smell from fumes gas cans that would have to be stored. Sorry if this bothers you but we have rules for a reason out here
