I would rate a zero. Total incompetence. I have had to call several times on several days over several months and they still have not addressed a simple issue regarding proof of coverage. The in network physicians are extremely limited. Only the lowest rated physicians are in network and there are only a few to choose from. It may take 6-9 months to get an initial appointment and 1-2 months to get a follow up. I guess that's one way to maximum insurance profits. Limit access to healthcare to the point no one seeks treatment. I wonder how many die awaiting treatment. It's only slightly better than no coverage. Probably better off not having coverage and using the $1000/month premium to find competent providers that don't take 6+ months to schedule an appointment.

The family and I have never been so disappointed in a company, EVER! Their services are subpar at its best. They don’t cover anything! Typical BS at its finest! Stay away… don’t deal with Molina! Their ratings speak for themselves, everyone can’t be wrong in dealing with them. Don’t do IT !! Now watch, the customer representatives will respond, “ We are truly sorry to hear you are not happy with your experience with Molina Healthcare and we want to do everything we can to help you” If this is truly the case, then their ratings would improve.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will transfer you from a representative to another (majority of them are rude) put you on hold for more than 30 minutes and than they will hang up without any explanation or help.

I think you get $100 gift card for getting the first covid vaccine
You can go to molinahealthcare.com and go to find a provider or pharmacy and search by zip code, Medicaid, type of doctor etc
They do cover an MRI, but it required a prior authorization just like any imaging services with any of the medicaid plans. You have to have it submitted with all the medical notes showing why you need the MRI, and it takes 10 days to approve or deny.
Go to molinahealthcare.com, click find a provider or pharmacy and search by medicaid, zip code, female doctor, and type of doctor.
It all depends on the program(s) in which you're enrolled.
Molina is now in 20 states for Medicaid.
It's on your insurance card
Call customer service they can search for providers for you
You have to check the website. I'm a former contractor from the IT Department.
Talk to Medicaid directly. Molina doesn't work until they make them. Medicaid will tell you how to proceed.
I would call Member Services on the back of your insurance card ..they would be able to direct you further
Unless you change it you will still keep Molina.
Go to molinahealthcare.com, click find a provider or pharmacy. Choose medicaid, and search by zip code, vision doctor, etc.
You can apply to be a provider with Molina by going to Molinahealthcare.com and going to the "healthcare professionals" tab. There is a section there for each line of business, and documents under "forms" I believe that you would need to fax in to become part of the network.
Terra, that is not correct information. ALL of the managed care plans cover the same medications. You have to have your doctor submit a prior authorization to Molins, stating the reasons why you would need an alternative form of the medication. As long as valid reasons are given, it is possible to get other medications.
No becaus ethey consider it cosmetic. They wont even cover a partial unless you have 3 or more teeth missing in a row.
Call Member Services or request it on MolinaHealthcare.com ASAP

Hon, you just asked people about Molina Insurance. You would have to call Molina and ask them. If you are on Medicaid with Mina as your HMO - switch. The case managers won't do their jobs and send you to shoddy people who will hurt you then Molina just ignores you through months of pain because they are too lazy to do their jobs. I fired them after 4 months of being ignored and they wouldn't help me.
I lost my best friend to strokes caused by bc implants. Think real hard about that. Please
If you do get someone on the phone they will be real nice, and do nothing. Suggestion, pick another company.

Just call Member Services.
Case worker will send u one .
Depending on the plan in which you're enrolled, yes.
