They refused to let my 10 year old daughter walk in the hospital even though I had my mom with me too. Thats a terrible policy and what a way to treat families of veterans. You left a real good impression on my daughter. The VA is the worst. Update 9/8/22: most agents are completely incompetent.

I receive medical care in Marion Oh and in Columbus Oh and have been a healthcare professional for many years, also a Vet. I cannot say enough good regarding these two facilities and the care i have gotten. To often, all people hear is the negative rather than thanks. So, thank you.

I believe they close at 5PM.
I would assume, and this may be a stretch, that they lack funding. If you have the opportunity vote for representatives that fund the VA and veterans benefits.
If its urgent care and the vet is in the system, you can just show up to the urgent care center in the back right I believe.
