Absolutely horrible experience. A rude and disrespectful employee named Anthony started talking smack to me from the moment i walked into the store until i left. I came in to get measurements for a tux for a wedding. Anthony stated they close in 45minutes and it takes an hour to get measured for a tux (which is not true and it takes 10-15minutes max). It took less than 15 minutes. Anthony just didnt want to work and do his job. He sounded like a 12 year old boy complaining about having to do chores, it was honestly pathetic. He was also talking smack to me and insulting me the entire time i was in the store. I told him to watch his mouth and he shouldn't talk to customers like that and he said "what are you going to do about it, ain't nobody gonna do nothing about it". That is verbatim what he said to me on the way out. Jos A. Bank must be really desperate for employees if a disrespectful employee like Anthony is the best employee they can find. AVOID THIS PLACE

My first and only experience with Jos A Bank was very pleasant! My wedding was 6/11/22; in total, we rented 6 tuxedo's from Jos A Bank (4 from this location). Every person we dealt with was1st class and extremely helpful. Unfortunately I cannot recall specific names, but the 4168 Worth Ave Columbus, OH was my store. Great pick-up and return. EZ PZ! Thanks for helping to make our Wedding Day a major success!
