It was very busy but we did not have to wait long. Everyone that works here are very friendly and customer service oriented. I will not go anywhere else for my license and registration needs.

Very busy but all the employees were upbeat and engaging. In the past there were times it was depressing and you felt like you were being a bother. Someone needs to be applauded for the great customer service.

Call or go to the License Bureau office and let them know. You may need to have documents that can prove your identity when you go to the license bureau. I think, it may cost less than $30 but it depends on the situation.

Why I renewed my license it said non-driver. My old wasn't like that. How can I get that changed. I was sited for it.

It sounds like you were issued an ID card and not a license. Please return to the agency where it was issued so it can be corrected.
There are now currently two options for driver's license renewal. The 4 year option is $27.25, and the new 8 year option is $53.60.

We do not process car titles at our office, but there is a title office in our shopping center. Their address is 1607 Selma Rd in the old Huntington Bank building.
My driver's license expired Oct 2,2019 then covid set in before my 6 month grace period and I have stayed home ever since. Can I still get it renewed?

You'll 1st have to register your vehicle's title in Ohio. To do so, bring the vehicle in to get an out-of-state inspection (We verify the make, model, VIN number, and mileage) and you will receive paperwork to register your title in Ohio. Once you get your title transferred we can register your vehicle.
It sounds like alot but the whole process takes about 20 mins.
My I'd exspires on the 17th of this month want be able to renew it until the 19 what do I need for this

You will be ok to wait until the 19th to renew.
If you are applying for a standard ID all you will need is your current ID.

To renew a placard you'll need a new prescription from your healthcare provider.
You'd have to either come into an office or log onto www.oplates.com, we aren't able to answer that here.
