I had seen Dr. custom knee brace waited 2 months for it. No one ever called me back. I contacted them every 2 weeks with only responds of Manger in meeting or Manger on meeting, never got a response for 4 months from any one. They don't care at all about the patient. Worst management I've ever seen! All you get is the run a round. Oh yes they billed my Medicare and got paid for it. And I got billed for $87.00 brace I ordered. Worst place I ever seen for service. Pick another place, I've wared you!!! So Sad to be treated like this
