I have filled out their online Contact Us form. I left a message on their FB Messenger and maybe a few other places/ways to reach them - all to no avail. I had seen that they opened my FB Messenger message and still didn't respond. Well, I called and a woman answered who wasn't the friendliest person. So, I see that this is not the place for my loved one. Their Customer Service says it all.

Family was told that we were not eligible for assistance because we have private insurance. Must be more difficult to overcharge companies than it is to overcharge Medicare.

They treat you like an addict as most places offering addiction services do what a shame. I thought they were different. I learned quickly this was not true

At alum creek they're together
It sure is. The staff s*cks. Most of them are personally racists and hate people of certain colors. I'm not kidding and I can prove it. I've spoken to over a dozen local rehab facilities and they tell me that they hear it at least ten times a day. I'd rather die like a dog in the hot sun than let these f*ckers get within a mile of me. And if (they might have the guts) I DARE one person in charge of that awful Concentration Camp they call a "Rehab Center" to contact me. Because I'll name names; I'll give dates; I'll share the personal stories of others. So swing by the bowling alley fellows and PICK YOURSELVES UP SOME BALLS! I won't hold my breath. ADAMH is publicly funded so they don't have to give a damn. They are the NPR of rehab.
Normally detox is anywhere from 3 to 7 days and in patient residential is anywhere from 21 to 30 days if you dont have a place to go or are waiting for a spot at a long term program you can request more time up to 60ish days and sometimes if your accepted and theres a bed at another program you can successfully complete alittle early but you should expect 3 to 7 days in detox and 21 to 30 days for in patient for residential they expect you to wear their scrubs everywhere expect your room but during gym recreation you could wear a normal t shirt when i was there in January MaryHaven is a very nice place but they do have rules and some seem alittle pointless but i figured how am i suppose to get clean if i can't follow the rules for a month after 2 nights at netcare i was in detox for 7 days and 24 in residential before successfully completing my stay they expect you to make a plan like relaspe prevent plan and a plan for when you leave they want you to have a place or a home to go
They supply everything. You really just need your on whites and that's if you care enough to want them.
No
I dont think they let children in the inpatient program
Only way is if she sighed a release paper and hat program she is in. I go there
Yes they do... They pretty much take all insurance. They take and assist the integent.
For what
Yes, they issue you scrubs.
There is 1 in the morning and 1 around 6
I would say a month for methadone program, less for suboxone and no waiting for detox. Alchohol is a separate program in another building so don't really know about that. Comp drug you can get in the methadone program day 1. But you must be first 1-10 in line. So if you arrive around 3am and wait until 7-8am you can get methadone in 3 hrs. They are both government subsidized programs & also except insurans, Medicaid & Medicare. GOOD LUCK! I've been clean for more than 3 yrs.
