If you need subs to stay clean or a quick fix till you get into a better place... This can be a good place just to get enough until you can go to a serious recovery clinic. I know this place was gonna be interesting when I saw a freakin vape shop in one of the spare windowed room. Also wait times are down right ridiculous.. if you get thier at 9am, you will be thier till 5pm. Also not to mention the counselors don't even talk, one of mine was only 18 and had no idea what to do! I even openly heard people talking about selling thier scripts in the lobby and nobody seemed to care. Stay far far away from this place if you are serious about your recovery... This place is for pill dealers and addicts looking for a short quick fix. Very sad..

I have been to several treatment facilities both in-patient and out-patient not only as a patient but getting other recovering alcoholics/addicts. This one in my opinion ranks up there with the best as they not only focus on your addiction recovery needs but also your overall health care. For example I am a Type 1 juvenile Diabetic with several complications stemming from 31 years of not properly managing it,Manic Depression&Anxiety,Alopecia with impulse picking,Brittle bone disease,Vascular disease, Neuropathy (started in my feet and now is all the way up to my bladder and occasionally my hands),kidney disease and of course Daily IV drug user for close to 20 years and chronic relapser for 7 years since first time i tried to get help. Also like millions of addicts misdiagnosed with Bi-Polar and a sleeping disorder and years of trying every medication availible(as prescribed believe it or not) to self medicating as well of course. Like so many it wasnt Bi-polar but a excuse to try and get benzos and have an excuse for being selfish and a manic emotional person almost by choice persay. Sure i had legit emotional highs and lows that I couldnt explain exactly why I was having them but just as many were self triggered by my negative thoughts, fluxuating blood sugars, self medicating with the wrong meds, and not addressing the psychological/emotional/physical problems that were the biggest reason for a long list of medications and most not narcotic but very dangerous when not taken properly or not needed all together. So long story short after 32 years of living on 10-15 medications, well over 100 hospital admissions,3 in-patient detox/rehabilitation centers, counseling since elementary school(still go once a week for many reasons but by choice now), 2 amputations,7 surgeries, and 3 known overdoses(1 since Narcan has been available)all of which ive been told is nothing short of a miracle that I'm still alive. I now take 12 mg Suboxone (I'm in process of starting the shot once a month instead)1 nightly 24hr acting insulin shot, coverage fast acting with meals, neurontin(for neuropathy and also mood stabilization),Cymbalta and Gava (for Depression,Anxiety,& impulse picking),Lisinopril(for blood pressure & kidneys),a multivitamin and occationally melatonin(sleep aid). Most of the medications and correct diagnosis to be able cut not only the long list of possible side effects and medical bills (Dr visits and RXs) are a direct result of the staff but especially Dr. Mary Massullo and her passion for addiction recovery. Just look up her credentials and list of medical titles and then you will see for yourself that no one with her medical practice past and possibilities would chose to deal with us addicts if it wasn't truly their hearts desire.😉

It is Milestone. However, Dr. Cynthia Doughty is opening her own in next couple weeks. If you know who I am talking about!?!? She is the Nurse Practitioner that was at Health and Wellness. She is hoping to get back some of her clientele! I have all information if needed.

They are Closed! Forever! The Owners are in Prison!!! Be careful where you go! Please!

If they closed for good why wouldn't they atleast have the decency to let us know or atleast post it that they are closed and give us names of other doctors and or clinics so we don't withdrawl.

They sent me a letter in the mail telling me about another clinic that is taking the patients from health and wellness. I don't know why they didn't let us know ahead of time but I honestly don't think some of the people working there knew it was going to happen either. Just my opinion though.

I've been coming here for almost 4 yrs. I'm a cash patient I come once monthly well yesterday I had my regular appointment time at 6:00 p.m I was there on time & nobody was there..? It's a 2 hr drive for me. I have called numerous times & no answer

Is this a cash clinic or insurance only?
