What a great facility and staff. I want to Thank Marguita Hall and the RA staff. Bri, Kyla, Paula, Tish, Sedie, Ms. Sam, Sammi, Myaisha, and Gabby. You all helped me in so many ways and were there when I needed it. The groups are good and Ryan's are really educating. The food is good and they have a salad bar which is a plus. Thank You Recovery Works Columbus and staff................

If I could leave a negative star review I would. On Thursday morning 3/31/22 7:30AM I brought my girlfriend in for treatment, as that was the time they'd set for her arrival. We sat there in the lobby for over an hour with little to no interaction with the staff. My girlfriend became physically ill while in the waiting room, and the woman at the front desk just ignored her, and when we did finally try to ask her for help, she put her head down, turned around and walked away like we weren't even there. When she finally was admitted, I felt as though our goodbye was rushed as I was being motioned by the nurse to hurry it up. Here is a woman who was seeking help, scared, and her one present support pillar was being rushed out the door. I understand you have a job to do, but show some compassion. From there it only got worse. At around 1PM that day, I got a call from my girlfriend, stating that the rehab facility took her to the hospital to detox. She was to be picked back up the next morning...that didn't happen. Then it was 1PM...didn't happen. Then 7PM...didn't happen. I called you, left you a message which went unreturned. She called, her nurse at the hospital called, their on-staff social worker called, and NO RESPONSE despite several attempts. Then when she was finally picked back up to go to back to your facility, upon arrival she was told that her bed was given away to another patient, her belongings were moved around, she had books that were missing, and she was told that she was never actually admitted to your facility and her admission paperwork was discarded. If she wanted to be admitted, she would have to go through all of the admission paperwork and testing again...only to be told that you didn't have a bed for her. When you finally did have one, it was rooming with a mentally unstable woman who immediately motioned to cause her physical harm. You are an absolute joke. Shame on you for treating her like that. She is a human being who on her own, sought treatment for her disease. I am absolutely appalled at this. You can believe that paperwork is being filed against you by both my girlfriend and Mount Carmel St. Ann's where you abandoned her for nearly 48 hours. You should be shut down if this is how you "treat" people.

This place is the absolute worst place I've ever been to for inpatient facility. And I've been to a few. The migration. Is a ra cost against white people! The staff are inconsiderate, and act like we are in a jail! I felt like a hostage. I'm also homeless and they knew this and still kicked me out for not wanting a psych eval.!! Do not go, or send family! Trust me.

There is no 3 day detox...

I have been in a Suboxone outpatient treatment center since January, the last 3 months have been successful but I'm looking for a more intimate approach. My needs are far past just the medication. Employment/housing. Is there more literature?

There is excellent counseling at Recovery Works tempered to the needs of its clients. Give them a call and I'm sure you'll be better directed.
