The office staff are Incredible as well as extremely professional. The Maintenance department are not. Have Hazard seams to be thier moto, that's if they actually do the work to begin with that is. This has been the issue for years now. I lost all hope that the maintenance department will ever get better. I'm better off doing any repairs myself in my apartment then trusting maintenance to do the job right as well as Not leaving my apartment door unlocked when they leave.
