Don’t ever use this Popeyes if you want your sauces whether it be barbecue ranch whatever because they are very stingy. Even if you go to this Popeyes drive-through they will not give you your sauce or enough sauce. We have used them with door Dash and asked for sauce even extra sauce and paid for it and you get no sauce at all. No-fault to DoorDash it is the Popeyes that has the problem. This has been the case with most of the Popeyes locations especially Cresthill in Romeoville and Naperville. What’s the problem with these Popeyes locations in their stinginess with not giving you any sauce?! The Crest Hill Popeyes, Romeoville Popeyes and Naperville location all have this attitude and problem with not giving you enough sauce or any at all. I used them for catering too twice but I won’t anymore. Bad management and I suspect these are franchises and the owners have instructed them to hold back with condiments and sauce because it comes out of their bottom line. The chicken isn’t fresh anymore either. What a shame!

I ordered sandwich only at drive thru and I love them but this was terrible I'm pretty sure they tried warming it up in the grease it was the worst very disappointing.

I had to wait about 5 minutes to when I pulled up to the drive-thru. Ordered a chicken sandwiche, pulled up to the window. There were 3-4 employees. (not sure why the delay). The spicy chicken sandwich I received was soggy. The chicken was okay at best.

I ordered a 2pc dark combo and a crispy chicken sandwich combo. First the bill came to $18.65. The 2pc had the hardest driest biscuit known to man and it was not crispy at all. Asked for light ice got a cup of ice for both drinks. Had to return the chicken sandwich because it was a ball of grease and not crispy at all. The sandwich I asked for extra mayo and I don't know if they were being mean because I returned the first sandwich but the other one had so much mayo that it made me sick. The worst Popeye's I have ever had in my life.
