This location has the best coffee! It’s cheaper than Starbucks too. Occasionally the donuts are hit or miss e.g stale. That’s the only con here.

This is probably the worst Dunkin in the joliet area. Not only are the lines super long for the drive thur and take 20 minutes, the older man who works mornings is super rude every time i go in. IF the lobby is open, you have to wait for someone to notice you. If you order ahead on the app and pick up, your food will be cold and no matter who you order, your drink will be wrong. Honestly, save your self some time and go to another Dunkin.

Best Dunkin’ Donuts for miles and miles. Why, you ask? Every cup of coffee, every batch of donuts, every quick sandwich I order, has always been served to me with one commonality each and every time, and that is with customer service in mind. You can tell by the little things like simple polite “thank you, sir - Is there anything else I can help you with?” To the sale prices they carry the pound bags of delicious DD coffee at when order my 4-5 bags of it every few weeks. Do yourself a favor, buy a good coffee grinder and buy DD WHOLE BEAN COFFEE and make at home. Delicious and rich DD Whole Bean is a delightful ❤️😎. But buy your WHOLE BEAN COFFEE from this DD store!

My drink is never perfect, they get it right 1/10 times but their donuts taste better than other Dunkin’ Donuts somehow! The lines can be incredibly long and it moved very slowly
