This place does not care about your family and treats them like s&#t ! They will not handle them with care at all! The poured cold water on my grandma and have foul attitude towards her family members. They are completely unprofessional DO NOT TRUST THEM !

Terrible. Horrible care, extremely bad food, little activities, and little to no privacy and the staff were so slow and did not care. Great location though but I hope that no one has to stay there ever.

I have been working at Hainkel Home since August 2018 and have seen such an improvement in a very short time. The staff is wonderful and cares about our residents. Marketing, clinical, financial, admissions, therapy - we all work together as a team under the leadership of our new administrator.
