I made an appointment for a pedicure however when I showed up, no one acknowledged me. I sat there for 15 minutes while they took other people ahead of me so I decided to leave. Don’t make appointments for people and then not even acknowledge their arrival/presence

Hands down best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Before coming here I never had a solid nail salon that I would consistently go to. I have never had a bad experience here; It is clean, employees are so nice, patient, and accommodating. Ive never felt like my services were rushed or half done. They have so many colors to choose from, sometimes it’s hard to decide which one because there are so many! They stay up with trends and I’ve never been told that they are unable to do what Ive asked for. I get dip nail polish and it easily lasts 3-4 weeks. I personally see Yen and I see how much she cares about every single customer that walks through the door. Could not recommend this nail salon more.
