I’d give 0 if I could...to the nurses on the 2nd floor..well you already know...worst care ever some of them are judgmental of the LBGTQ on the 13th I was tilt over while I was in the hoyer left there's no structure I will highly give a 10 to the physical therapist

As a travel nurse Cobalt is one of my favorite places to work! The nursing staff is very friendly and helpful! The working environment is clean and up-to-date. The physicians are patient and truly care about the patients outcome and improvement. The therapy staff mean business! You will get out of the bed and you will improve if you put in the work! If I was to have a need for physical therapy I would definitely choose Cobalt.

The staff is the greatest, they are always looming after your wellbeing. The physical therapy their therapist provide is very good. They don't talk down to you, they are sure to make you feel good and do better for yourself.

Yes, outpatient is available Monday through Friday.
It depends on the severity of the debilitation. All our patients receive therapy 5-7 days a week for a minimum of 3 hours each day. We pride ourselves on achieving the optimum outcomes and individualize our care plans to tailor individual needs.
