This place has made so many major improvements over the past 2 years.. within the structure as well as staff. I have a uti and they sent me immediately to triage and in a room within 10 mins and with a Dr a few mins later.. I am very impressed with their improvements especially the staff my whole team was great

WORST If I could give zero stars I would totally do it. I am waiting for labor and delivery appointment because they said that I have placenta Privia which means that it’s partial which means that my placenta partially or very close to cervix so you know I am at 20 weeks usually it’s more definite by 28 week of pregnancy and they already talking with me about c section which I do not want! Also this is my second pregnancy and I think I had same thing with my first pregnancy but my doctor didn’t stress me out at all as much as they do here at West Jeff and I thought that pregnant woman shouldn’t be stressing out unless they do it on purpose so I will end up doing c section. But luckily I am moving it I will change a doctor and hospital if I won’t move.

They were wonderful and I was treated with respect even after letting them know I'm a very recent recovering addict. I was so afraid to be branded as trying to get drug's, but they were very understanding.
