I won’t go back to J&L. It takes a lot for me to write a review but the woman behind the register was just awful. Absolutely rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her the entire time. I walked out without a tux because I didn’t want to deal with her any longer and certainly didn’t want to spend my hard earned money at a place that treats their customers that way. She just chewed her gum in my face and gave me sideways, stanky looks the entire time, offering little to no help and dismissing nearly every question I asked while seemingly trying to talk down to me. I was happy when I was helped by someone else. The lady doing my measurements was wonderful, however, and the only reason why I don’t give J&L one star. She was sweet and courteous and kept me in the door with her pleasant nature.
