The new hours are horrendous for customers to get meds as many of us are working during the closing time. Pharmacy is short staffed. When I asked why my prescription wasn’t ready when it was prescribed yesterday the pharmacist Karen cut me short and was very abrupt and rude. I nearly left in tears. Just because you have a bad day don't take it out on the customers. I’ll be searching for a new pharmacy that treats customers with respect and fills prescriptions in a timely manner. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I just got released from the hospital having spinal surgery. Before I was discharged from the hospital I called walgreens because I missed a call from them. Upon calling a woman picked up the phone and scoffed!! I then said I'm sorry for bothering you. After that it got worse. Fast forward I get discharged I call walgreens again I was greeted with an attitude. Finally I go to get my medication I'm in a walker so my friend goes inside he's inside 45 min and says the lady was very rude cursing showing no empathy. The following day I have another script to pick up I call in on the phone a solid 37min before I'm like we're almost there and hung up. Little did I know they close at 6 on the money!! Idk if they can do that if there's ppl on line in the drive thru. I know things are rough with fraudulent scripts but after having a major surgery and still not being able to pick them up without a huge hassle whether it was on the phone/in-store/drive thru. All of it horrible experience. I wish I could give less then one 🌟

I’m not usually want to write a review, but I was on my way home and my daughter had a big blowout in the car and she was so red down there and I had ran out of Desitin. I put in a pick up order and within five minutes I pulled up to Walgreens and called them and asked if they could run out my order bc it was an emergency… not hesitation at all and they ran it out within a minute! You guys are the best thank you so much!
