Hi all, I am an employee here at Carlo’s. These reviews are upsetting as we do try our best, especially me. But as for the comment that our owner is abusive towards us, this is just not true. We have a great relationship with the owner and we all joke around with him like he’s family. I’m guessing the commenter heard a joke and does not understand the atmosphere we have here. Thanks and give us another chance!

The food is okay but if you have somewhere else to go to eat I recommend doing that the food at Carlo's Pizza in Shirley pretty much doesn't have flavor. When I walked in there or I heard was the girls behind the counter cursing and being very rude. would not be a place to take kids to eat.
