Bad customer service , bad attitude. I was overcharged, the menu says fries or celery, the young lady said I didn’t ask to substitute it when the menu clearly says either or & had a attitude when I said something about it.

I ordered barbecue wings and received a totally different order of lemon pepper wings that I absolutely don’t like and can’t eat due to high blood pressure . I called wing stop they said unless I bring my food back there was nothing they could do about it and hung up. I spend at least $60 each visit and for wing stop to not even offer me a refund on my 9.99 order of boneless barbecue wings was insulting. I had to reorder my food at another location and use door dash because I was no longer available to re pick another order at the Matteson location.

Not bad at all. I personally think the lemon pepper boneless wings tasted a bit weird, like too much lemon, but maybe it was just my taste. Bbq sauce fixed that issue for me. Everything else was good. Overall, not bad. Good deals and prices too.
