This is a great place for low income families looking to have a nice quiet place to stay and work on credit score and down payment from thier dream home. Within a few minutes is the middle school, High School,Hospital, Wal-Mart grocery and some other local delicacies. The is a pond across the highway where the locals go fishing. The maintenance staff will quickly resolve and home issue by work order date. I love to see the teenage baseball park repaired and in use for kids, the basketball court as well so the residents have some to do.. There is also a building that can be used for educational purposes like a 2nd language class that have tutors teach up to 5 different languages to give the kids a headstart. A
