I've been there a few times in the past several months to find a pair of shoes.i know the pandemic has caused a lot of problems with stock inventory but I could never find my size shoes every single time. However, biggest issue with this store is the customer service. There are always three girls(employees)there standing in the front, giggling and/or on their cell phones.They are very rude and will not ask to help you with anything. Makes shopping there a awkward and uncomfortable experience. I'm not sure where or who the manager is, but it doesn't seem to matter. I'll be looking elsewhere.

I shop here regularly because it’s the only local shoe store we have. Most of the time they don’t have sizes for both of my boys. It’s really frustrating just wish they would stock more.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
