Ferrari's Appliance is phenomenal. Starting with Ray who helped identify if he could get me a refrigerator that would meet my needs and Stacie who helped me decide which one would work best. Follow that with Lance and Scott who delivered and set it all up in the same day! They were delightful during the delivery and explained all the things I needed to know. I recommend them to you without reservation! My experience was so good that I decided to order a dishwasher which will be here tomorrow! :-)

Trustworthy outfit. The people are friendly and knowledgeable at the store. The service technician who came out was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try to oversell you and I have used them several times in the past. I'm adding to this that the sales representative Will made the purchase of my new dryer painless. The delivery personnel (Zach and Luis) were very professional and went above and beyond. They even lifted helped lift my old dryer out of the basement which helped me out a lot. I would highly recommend them.

My refrigerator completely stopped working at the worst time, I went to another “discount” appliance store in town and was strung around for 3 days being told they would be coming to deliver, and was repeatedly lied to by the owner. Went into Ferraris and they immediately showed me what I could leave with that day, delivered within an hour of me leaving the store, removed my old broken fridge through tight doorways and truly seemed to care about their business and their customers. You 1000% get what you pay for.
