Bad service, my neighbor who been a di*k called animal control and said the dogs is barking all day Nd night n is caged in an abandoned house which was false. We been there for weeks n the house just gotten rebuilt. Animal control proceeds to put a notice on my door saying they're not up to date with they're shots which they is and abandonment which is false and a tag on collar which is all in the house. They easily flagged with out talking to me bad worst service ever!

Called about a stray cat in my yard that has attempted to attack me and my family. I was told I had to pay $40 for a cage, catch the cat and bring it to the shelter. I am not trained to catch animals. This is what they are getting a paychech to do. Are my tax dollars paying their salary? If so I would like a refund. I was also told it was too cold to set the cage out I would have to call back on Wednesday. Thats 2 days away. What if this cat attacks someone. Will they pay the doctor bills? Such a shame I have to pay for a cage and catch the cat myself take it to the shelter. Exactly whatbare they gonna do?
