I would never purchase here again. First it took forever for the company to answer the phone. They took my order and delivered the flowers 20 minutes before the start of the funeral of a loved one. A whole 2 hours later than when they claimed they’d be delivered. This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They promised a partial refund and failed to follow through.

Great customer service. However the quality of their work is terrible. I love to support black owned business. But the work was done poor they delivered flowers late while the family is walking in the church. When I called to complain the manager was going to text me his number so that I can show him pictures of the poorly designed what was suppose to be a bleeding heart. Not to mention the didn't even have the ribbons on the flowers as we previously discussed

We contacted you on short notice to deliver a family spray for my grandfather's funeral and you delivered SAME DAY. You not only delivered beautiful arrangements, but I was sold from the time you answered the phone. Your customer service is exemplary and when we came in your presentation of what you could do for us was great also. I ordered a Christmas centerpiece for my mom's house and it was gorgeous!!! The roses were fresh and it made the house smell soooo good. I think the arrangement was bigger than what I expected too for the price. The customer service I received was impressive.The guy at the counter assured me everything would be handled swiftly, and it was! Overall, I was very satisfied and I would definitely use them again.
