Belmonte’s is the hidden florist gem in Chicago. I’ve turned to them to provide arrangements for 70+ centerpieces for galas at my non-profit organization and every personal occasion in between including single condolence arrangements and many funeral arrangements for my loved ones. Their prices are very reasonable and they deliver to the surrounding area. Ask for Al, he’s the best in the business and will sit down with you and discuss your needs so you get the perfect arrangement you’re looking for.

Love this florist! I needed to get flowers for my sister’s bridal shower, and I had a vision of what I wanted but I don’t know anything about flowers. I knew I wanted to keep the cost reasonable so I spoke to Albert and told him what I was thinking and he took care of the rest. The process was incredibly easy and the arrangements were beautiful. These pictures don’t do them justice.

Get your flowers somewhere else. Really weird experience, would not recommend. I went there to try and get some roses for my girlfriend. Upon entering the building there was nobody present in the front office space and I waited a couple minutes for someone to come out from the back room. He didn't have a mask on and asked what he could help with. I said I wanted a bouquet of roses and he asked if I wanted a vase or lose. I said lose and he said it would be $50. $50 seemed like a lot for lose roses, especially since I got a bouquet somewhere else for $20 but I saw this place had good reviews and figured it was just an increase for quality. He went to the back room where there were at least 4 other people working on flowers and I waited for 10 minutes before deciding to leave. I felt like the wait time, no masked interaction, and the vulgar language I could hear in the back was not worth $50.

They really came through for me with a beautiful bouquet on short notice and for a reasonable price. I had ordered in advance from a different florist online, but then found out day-of that the other florist couldn't deliver to a private residence because of covid, but that florist suggested Belmonte's. I'm glad I called because Belmonte's was able to accommodate on very short notice. Even though they usually take orders days in advance too, I was asked generally what I wanted (ie fall colors, price point, vase type, occasion) and they made it happen. The end result was actually much better than the original arrangement I had ordered from the other shop. Belmonte's scored big points in my book, so I added them to Google Maps just so I could leave this review!
