Ordered shoes online. Email stated they would be ready in 2 hours for SAME DAY IN STORE PICK UP. 5 hours go by, I drive 45 mins to get the shoes, they don't have them. The staff shrug and say "sorry". No apology and don't offer any solution. They tell me drive back tomorrow and see if they have them. What a joke. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

The place was clean and stocked. No issues with the store. However, the young lady (I cannot remember her name ) she helped me alot.She was so kind , helpful and professional. She made this trip to DSW for me. Otherwise I'll be back.
