ONLINE STORE REVIEW - I used to be a very loyal Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack customer because of the customer service first and foremost. While Nordstrom seems to be maintaining that, Nordstrom Rack is not. I missed the 45-day return window by less than a week. I couldn't get an exception via chat, had to call. Even then, I could only get 50% credit for the items I'd like to return ($400 of merch). So, I basically threw $200 into the trash can because of a week's time difference (all the items are still on the site and the same price as they were when I bought them). I understand they have to have policies in place, but to act like I'm being done a favor for granting a "rare exception" was pretty frustrating. If I'm going to look at deep discount sites, then Nordstrom Rack is no longer at the top of my list...there's nothing that sets them apart from Rue La La, Kohls, etc.
