Every time I’ve called to ask questions, the representative has been really patient and nice. Today I spoke with Ms. Dusty and she was very helpful.

A couple years back I would have problems getting in touch with staff, but the past year has been great! The guy at the front desk is always very helpful and friendly. The credit card processing fees are pretty ridiculous, otherwise all good!

We have an immense respect for the men and woman at the LREC. They come to work everyday assisting licensees, brokers, and the public with very little or no gratitude returned. Every time we walk through the door they are always smiling and eager to assist. Our brokerage and I would like to thank everyone at the LREC for their efforts and please know that y'all are appreciated!

Nona - your best bet is to call them for tech support. Typically it's easier and quicker. . . . They can't help you tech wise in the office .. but they may be able to renew..however I think a phone call is best. Be well

shane dufrene | Oct 1, 2019

The only persons qualified to fill out a property disclosure is a builder for new construction or an owner with specific knowledge of the property being listed. The property disclosure has an NK - no knowledge option which can be used if personal knowledge of the property is not known.

Not knowing all the details to the contract it's hard to say, but you should definitely let a attorney look at it
