Where should I start? Do you want to feel like a walking atm and not as a person with feelings and concerns? Go here. I suffered with cancer cells and before they could do my annual check up they wanted to make sure my insurance was approved beforehand. As if my insurance and money wouldn't go through. I have ALWAYS paid for anything upfront and for major reasons my insurance paid them. Don't even get me started with the doctors. If you have a concern with your body and voice it, they don't listen to the patient and feel like they are trying to rush you out to hurry the next person in. Also, the Russian roulette of doctors you will see. I switched OBGYN and will never be back to this location, which is unfortunate, because it wasn't always like this. It wasn't until they merged with Ochsners that they went downhill.

The doctors are very lazy and never listen to their patients! My last ultrasound was at 26 weeks my baby kidneys was small and they refuse to give me another after I asked. I asked many times after that for a ultrasound every week started at 31 weeks and they still refused they planned me a vaginal induction and turns out my baby was breached and was like that for a while the also told me I was faking my pain after I told multiple doctors I was having side pain

This place is terrible. The build is old, run down, and smells terrible. My first appointment here the first doctor I saw Bigelow was rude, acted as if any questions I asked were an inconvenience, made me feel stupid for asking questions and just over all terrible. The second doctor I saw here Blanton seemed to actually care which is the sole reason for one star. All of the staff treat you terrible and have to hate their lives so much they just have to take it out on you. The lab personnel are always unprofessional, they way they dress and act. Being pregnant especially for the first time I feel so vulnerable. I had hopes the health care team would ease some of it and help they just simply don’t. My final appointment (moving and changing providers) I was very rudely lectured by the lady at the front door that I need to be 15 minuets early (I was 10) and had such a strong tobacco cigarette smell coming off of her I could have sworn she was smoking in front of me. She rolled her eyes the whole time and made it obvious I was an inconvenience for her. Make it to the doctors office and check in over an hour later of just sitting and waiting in the waiting room I finally get called back and rushed through the check in process. I spent about an hour and 40 minutes to see the provider for 3 minutes and three questions. How are you feeling today, any questions, any problems. And the appointment was over. I haven’t been measured since 21 weeks to see if growth estimates are on track. Just stay away. Save yourself the headache and trouble of trying to be seen here. (Note: good luck trying to get ahold of anyone no one answers half the time)

I’ve been a Patient here for six years. I’ve suffered with multiple ovarian cyst and lumps in breast. One of my biggest concerns is the fact that my family has a history with cancer. I’ve been seeing Dr. Gillian Not only is he professional but kind. I really felt heard and understood I’ve been brushed off by other doctors before with my concerns simply by saying your young and healthy but never testing them like I requested. Since I’ve been seeing Dr. Gillian he Not only monitor my concerns, He just Performed my surgery last August to remove my Seven yes seven ovarian cyst. I felt safe I felt heard and because I told him how much I like a swimsuit he tried his hardest to keep my scars very minimum lol. He will definitely be my doctor for many years to come.
