Just went for my first time today and I am very pleased. My bike needed tubing and the kickstand was loose and everything was repaired for $25. I am very pleased with the extremely fast service provided. Not sure why this place has low ratings.

Needed work done on a bike chain. They not only fixed the problem but did a full inspection and fixed other issues. Very reasonable price, far less than I expected. So glad there are reputable places like this for bike lovers!!

First of all, I think the staff there can be more friendly. If you don’t like people standing in front of your door or side door, please set a large sign near it, so people would not be standing there. Secondly, I was not intentionally standing near your door, I thought it was a public driveway or sidewalk, but you don’t need to yell at me. You can ask me to leave, I will definitely leave coz I didn’t know it was a private driveway. So whatever it is, sorry for standing at your door, but your attitude was so mean, especially yelling isn’t gonna help.

Ed doesn't rent bikes out of his shop. For renting bikes, you can go to Long Beach, Flushing Meadow, or any Citi Bike location.
