They came out on Labor day and I forgot to put my garbage out. I heard a garbage truck and seen them grab my trash can from around back and dump it for me. This is fantastic customer service and they go well beyond for their customer. I highly recommend this Company. They respond to emails on the same day and are so nice. I can't say enough good things!!

Don't pick up all trash. They too my coke water fountain, flower pots and potting soil. But yet they say they don't pick up that type of stuff. I've been using them for 16 years. This last year when it's been going on. I put my trash out in my trash Ben at 8:30. Trash is usually picked up around 9- 10: 30. I go out there to check and they done it again. Never got an apology no nothing. So I built somewhat of a gate. They still go over my gate.

We have a gate so they can open from the out side too get r trash they do not know how to shut a gate and today I come home too my trash can pitch on it side door open and my holes pipe pitch in the yard call left a vm let's see what happen. My hoa don't like stuff like this but the jump on us not the company if u do not like ur job or don't right go find one you do if they don't call back I will just go in late next monday
