I would give zero stars if I could. This place is the absolute worst. I sat waiting for 4+ hours even though I had an appointment. After sitting for 4+ hours, the 2 people at the desk argued with me when I asked them how much longer it would take. Meanwhile, they are sitting there on their phones watching videos on TikTok. I even overheard them joking about other patients who were coming in; extremely unprofessional and disappointing. By far this is the worst occupational health clinic in WNY. It is a disservice to employees and employers to send someone here due to the way they treat you. Horrible experience. Out of the 20 or so people in the waiting room, at least a dozen had the same (or worse) horrendous visit experience that I did. The strange part is that I booked my appointment two weeks in advance to help expedite my visit, but noticed walk-ins getting taken before me. After several hours waiting, I asked why this was the case and was told that walk-ins are more urgent, with the staff explaining that I had made an appointment so clearly I must have anticipated waiting while the walk-ins did not. Completely illogical. Avoid at all costs!!!

Make sure you have 2 hours your willing to give up even if you make an appointment. The whole point of an appointment is to get you in and out faster yet they don’t seem to understand this concept.

The doctor Mark Costanza try to talk down to patients. He definitely don’t believe patients when they say they are feeling certain symptoms. He’s not professional just by he talks to patients it’s all about the money for him. Then he’s singing in the room super loud not taking what I’m telling home seriously but he’s steady singing out loud not professional. Please go to other location stay away from Sheridan location. If I’m telling the doctor that I’m still pain in certain areas of my body and he’s telling me that I think your ok for restrictions. But the restrictions I’m on are will make me feel worse because the ergonomically not right for my injury. Then you send me a message in defense without knowing how the interaction went . Why would I call you back if you already in defense in your rebuttal message just take the 1 star you deserve and we will agree to disagree . And please people DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

My suggestion would be to walk-in only and not make an appointment. I made an appointment two weeks in advance and when I visited I saw many people come in as walk-ins and get taken before those who had an appointment. After sitting for several hours and asking why this was the case. I was told walk-ins take higher priority than those who scheduled appointments. Logic as we understand it does not apply in the alternate world that is this clinic.
Because they don’t care about your comfort. All that matters here is for the clinic to reap as much profit as possible. This place is worse than a 1980s era hospital in the Soviet Union.
