Went in for an ear problem. These people are the best, Dr. Majeed Siddiqui and his fantastic nurse Leslie, make you feel so good and do not stop until they figure it out.

I went in for shortness of breath. They identified and treated the problem, gave me some medication and sent me home. I walked out with a positive impression of the place. A few hours later I felt worse and called them. Dr. Siddiqui told me to come back in so I did. They checked my vitals and lungs, and found that everything was physically fine. Dr. Siddiqui came in and started berating me for the way I was feeling. With a hostile tone he said "Your symptoms need to match the numbers! The numbers are good! It's your anxiety!" I said that I was relieved that the numbers are good and explained to him that I wasn't feeling anxious when I felt the worsened shortness of breath that prompted me to call after the first appointment, not to argue but to help him understand what I was feeling. His reaction to this was to threaten me twice with admission into Briar-Lynn, interrogate me about why I had anxiety (when I said it ran in the family he said "well why do your parents have it?"), and give me the Q&A that doctors give when they're trying to decide whether to commit you. I was doing my best to be cooperative and calm and tell him that I understand that my numbers were good and just make the conversation end, because I GOT THE POINT, and he just kept throwing "you're not short of breath" and "check into Briar Lynn" in my face. At one point I just said "I understand that the numbers are good and that's a relief, but all I can tell you is how I feel so I dont know what else to say" and he basically said that the way I feel is wrong. He probably thought that I was sobbing due to the mental health issue he was harassing me about, but it was actually because he was scaring me. I have never felt so unsafe in a doctor's office before. For somebody who is so interested in talking about anxiety, he didn't seem to understand that threatening an anxious patient with mental ward commitment, asking them questions that are impossible to answer (nobody qualified to discuss mental health will ask you to explain why you have clinical anxiety) and telling them that they're wrong while slamming his hand on the counter was not the appropriate approach. I will be filing a formal complaint because he was completely unprofessional and hostile. No patient should be made to feel the way he made me feel. He escalated the situation to an unbelievably uncalled for level. If he wants to talk at length about mental health, then he needs to get training first. (And if he already has training, all I can say is YIKES.)

Dr. Majeed Siddiqui was totally inappropriate and made the space completely uncomfortable. I brought my sister in because she was experiencing shortness of breath. The first time around, he was okay. A couple of hours after we left, she called back because she was still having a hard time breathing. He told us to come back , so we did. When we returned, he made my little sister feel unsafe. He was hostile and told her there’s nothing wrong with her and that maybe she should check herself into Brylin. When she admitted she has anxiety, he said “why do you have anxiety,” which for a doctor is a pretty stupid question. We told him it runs in the family and he continued to ask “why.” After I chimed in and said she doesn’t need impatient care, he brought it up several more times. He kept asking her personal questions about her life. Considering how hostile and insensitive he was, he had no business playing therapist. This was disgusting and this man should not be a doctor. We will never come back to this location after the way he treated her.

First time experience was good. I needed a COVID test and I was in and out quickly. My results even came in pretty fast. So it was logical to bring my child, who left school early and needed to be tested. Check-in was painless and I paid copay. Later I learned, from a different clinic that COVID tests have no copay. I chalked it up to a loss- my child is more important than $$. Few days later my child was in extreme pain and I took him to a different clinic. They told me he had a bad ear infection. Maybe my fault, I didn't ask the first place to check his ears?? Anywho, months later I receive a bill saying I owe $15. I call and gave my proof because I always pay copays day of and with my bank card. The lady explained there was a problem on their end and it was resolved. MONTHS later they call my ,"emergency" contact person and say they're looking for me. 1. They never called me directly. 2. The person they spoke to was worried that something happened to me because they couldn't tell him anything and called him. I ended up calling to find out what was going on- haven't been there in months because I'm not happy with their service. The lady started telling me how I have a balance and I started to explain and she told me off and hung up on me. I will say the Dr was nice. Not sure who is answering phones or how billing is handled, but they seriously need to get their stuff together.
