Very clean andvnice shop in Kenmore. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I called an easily made an appointment, and I was able to get in within a week or so. My appointment was hassle free, and I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. The went through my options for contact lenses and clearly conveyed what I owed and what my insurance covered. I’ve waited a month now for my glasses, and I call, they put me on hold for 10+ minutes then pick up and ask for my number so they can call me back because they’re “looking for my file”- wouldn’t it be in the computer? Also, of course I never got a call back -_- I also have a second pair that was supposed to be ordered over a week ago and there’s no one to inform me if they even put that order in... never coming back here even if I do end up with the two glasses and definitely not recommending this place to anyone I know. Very unprofessional.

Not sure why all the 1 stars. I went today (during covid's 2nd wave-front) and had a lovely experience. Interacted with 4 workers and they all seemed to go above and beyond. Sanitation was more than adequate. Explaination of costs was very straight forward and honest. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with the exam. Anybody who refuses to pay for 30 minutes of a parking meter in such a nice neighborhood is a chump. Looking forward to when my new glasses come in!
