I haven't been there for over 6 months, and just started needing help again. Upon new application they seem strict and need info to get you started, then every visit they don't care to call the next person as quick to keep things running smooth! They need more donation sponsors as there supplies run low, you would think since they are a WNY food bank that they would also have extra hand outs as other true Western New York Food Banks do!
