I’ve tried going here twice. They clearly have no interest in my business. The first time, I was sent by our contractor to look at hardwood flooring. I did not realize I needed an appointment, and although they let me in to look around without one, I was clearly annoying them and no one could help me. I somewhat understood as I did not have an appointment. Now a few months later, I made an appointment to look at countertops/sinks. The person I talked to on the phone who scheduled the appointment was very nice and told me the appointments are scheduled for 2 hours, but I probably wouldn’t be there that long. My appointment was at 9am. They were late to unlock their doors, so I probably got to the person I was meeting with by 9:05. Again, he barely gave me the time of day, and I felt like I was annoying him. I told him I wanted to replace our sink (in addition to our countertops) and he had almost no suggestions on what we could do with it. I showed him some things I found on google and he said “hmm, I guess I could look around too”. He took all of my information and told me he’d get back to me. I was back in my car by 9:20 (again, they scheduled 2 hours). It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. The customer service here seems awful. I have no idea about anything else because no one can help me further than being rude while I’m in the store.
