The ice cream is great and the variety of vegan options is amazing. I would love to give this place 5 Stars the owner is very friendly as well. Unfortunately on several occasions a woman named Kate who works here has been extremely rude to my family. We are a larger family so it does require a little more work with getting all of our orders in especially when it is busy so it is understandable to get a little flustered in your work place when that happens. But Kate was rude to us adults and our children as well. There was some miscommunication in one of our orders where a shake was supposed to be vegan and she shook the shake in one of our faces saying "do you want it or not?" She continuously rolls her eyes and gives unnecessary attitude and communicates in a very ignorant manner eveeytime we are there. As I said we are a larger family and we are vegan so the options here are amazing which is why we continously show up but Kate really ruins it for all of us.. I never write reviews unless I've had either an amazing experience or a down right awful one. She really made us and our kids feel like an inconvenience tonight especially shaking the shake infront of one of our faces which was the most ignorant thing. I'm really ranting here but honestly kate find another job the suits you best and please never work with children.

#beyondblessed last time coming to this establishment. Ignorant young female Katie at the window can't announce a non dairy order. It's like every time me and my 10 children come we have to deal with some hormonal young ignorant kid who don't like dealing with the vegan ice cream or customers for that matter. Graffiti in the bus with profanity in which the kids are supposed to play. Too bad this place has best vegan options. But will not be dealing with this every time we come.
