The technicians were great but as I was sitting there an elderly woman walked in to pay a bill. Two of her cards declined and the girl at the front desk had no compassion for her. After the woman left the girl at the front desk made fun of her and laughed. I did say something when I left like she should be embarrassed of herself then she turned her chair around because she knew she was wrong. But as far as other Windsong in Williamsville never had a problem. Always very nice. But that girl maybe someone should talk to her about acting grown and professional. Disappointing
