Should be 6 stars. Mark is the man! I searched all over Western New York for a place to service my 028 AV super. It's a 40-year-old chainsaw. And had been running rough lately. Bogging down quitting. Stuff a stihl chainsaw shouldn't do. I'm thinking it's finally time to replace it. Well I'm pleased to say it's running better than ever. Thanks to a tune-up at Depew small engine. I'm very grateful. Extremely inexpensive. Now that I've run the saw, I feel like I robbed him.

A++!!! Not only did Mark replace both belts on my snow blower, but had my blower back to me in less than a week during the busiest time of year. Jamie in the office is one of the nicest people you will ever talk to, and is on top of everything! She made me feel like I was always in great hands. Chris who both picked up & delivered my snow blower was very nice, professional and thorough. Super nice people in here!!!! Have come here for service for my lawnmower not too expensive thankfully. But the best thing was my snowblower died the day a huge snowstorm was coming and I was able to get a great one and they brought it in less than AN HOUR!!!!AWESOME! THANK YOU MARK!!!!
