Building is just for decoration. Good luck getting any officials to talk to you -- maybe their office admin, but that's about as far as you will ever get. Unrelated, but worth mentioning: Parking violations have a 10-day period to pay before doubling. Kemore only give you the 1st Tuesday of the month to dispute it, so it is written into law that your fine will auto-double if you challenge a fine after the first Tuesday of the month. Our village code fines you for showing up to court.

The judge wouldn’t hear my side of the case at all and I was force to plea out to something that I didn’t do. I wanted to go to trial they refused me that right. I asked the judge a serious question what should I do if the person who lied on me try to abuse the system again and put more false allegations on me he said what do I look like ms. Cleo talked about me being in a wheelchair, threatened to throw me in jail and gave me community service because he thought I was getting smart with him. The court bailiff said they’re not a racist courtroom. Stay the hell away from this town and building.
